 دکتر بهزاد زینی زاده در سال 1348 در شهرستان آغاجاری متولد شد و تحصیلات متوسطه را در شهرستان ارومیه به پایان رساند. وي مدرک لیسانس خود را از دانشگاه صنعتی شریف، فوقلیسانس و دکتري خود را از دانشگاه شیراز اخذ نموده و هم اينک استاد گروه شيمي دانشکده علوم دانشگاه اروميه مي باشد.
